The ARCOS 2900 Boning Knife 294524 separates bones from meat in institutional kitchens: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, butcheries, cafés and restaurants. The thin, characteristically curved blade with a smooth edge allows precise movement in tight spaces around the bone.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for strength and wear resistance. The white polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection. The knife is NSF certified and uses the Bactiproof system for hygienic safety in a professional kitchen.
