The ARCOS 2900 Boning Knife 294122 is a specialised knife for separating meat from bone in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering facilities, as well as food-service businesses. The thin, curved blade with a pointed tip gives precise control during boning.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material with high strength and wear resistance. The ergonomic injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
