The ARCOS 2900 Boning Knife 294525 is a specialised tool for deboning: precisely separating meat from bone in institutional kitchens — school, hospital and canteen butchery stations. The thin, characteristically curved blade gives controlled movement when working with carcasses and cuts.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, leaving no gaps where dirt could collect — important for food-safety hygiene.
