The ARCOS 2900 Boning Knife 294523 is a specialised tool for precise bone removal from meat at meat-processing stations, boning rooms and prep areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering businesses. The thin, curved blade lets the edge follow the bone closely without damaging the meat.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
