The ARCOS Colour Prof Butcher Knife 241600 is a forged blade for chopping and cutting meat in meat-processing areas of catering businesses, school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, and restaurants. Its compact size makes it convenient for a butcher's everyday work.
The blade is forged in Albacete, Spain, from NITRUM stainless steel, corrosion resistant, with greater hardness and a long service life. The handle is made by double injection: a polypropylene core covered with non-slip rubber/elastomer, giving a strong, permanent bond with the blade.
