The ARCOS Manhattan 162600 boning knife is a forged Spanish-made knife for separating meat from bone in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its thin, curved blade with a smooth edge gives precise, controlled cutting.
The blade is forged as a single solid piece, with no welded joints, from NITRUM® stainless steel for extra strength and lasting sharpness. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is treated with an antibacterial system and secured with stainless-steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
