ARCOS Riviera Boning Knife 231500

The ARCOS Riviera Boning Knife 231500 is a specialised Spanish-made tool for separating meat from bone in the butchery section of an institutional kitchen: schools, kindergartens and hospitals, restaurants and catering businesses. The curved blade gives comfortable access to joints and bones during boning work.

The blade is forged in one piece from NITRUM® stainless steel, giving the knife strength and durability. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle features an antibacterial treatment and an ergonomic design, secured with stainless steel rivets.
