The ARCOS Universal Flexible Fillet Knife 282704 is a filleting tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for meat and fish preparation in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, cafés and restaurants. The elongated, light and highly flexible blade follows the contour of the carcass or fish, making filleting easier with less waste.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, delivering maximum durability, increased hardness and high cutting power. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle has clean straight lines, is lightweight and adapts to the hand, while stainless-steel rivets protect against rust and corrosion.
