The ARCOS Riviera Chef's Knife 233600 is a professional Spanish-made knife for cutting meat, onions and fish in institutional kitchens: schools, kindergartens and hospitals, restaurants, cafés and other catering businesses. The 200 mm blade lets you handle large volumes of ingredients confidently, even at a busy kitchen's pace.

The blade is forged in one piece from NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material that guarantees a quality cut. The black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is fixed with steel rivets, resistant to impact and high temperatures, and features an antibacterial system.
