The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife Green 292121 is a 2900-series tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for daily vegetable slicing and chopping in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, stable blade holds up confidently to the intensive workload of a professional kitchen.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material prized for its strength and wear resistance. The ergonomic injected polypropylene handle is joined to the blade by direct injection — a permanent bond with no gaps where dirt could collect.
