The ARCOS Steak Basic Steak Knife 372400 is a table knife for cutting meat dishes in restaurants, cafés and other catering venues. It is forged by ARCOS in Spain by craftsmen whose expertise dates back to 1734.
The blade is made of Arcos' proprietary NITRUM® steel, a very resistant and durable material. The micro-serrated (pearlised) edge cuts meat without constant maintenance, while the nylon handle — styled like a traditional penknife with a curved end — provides a comfortable, secure grip.
