The FoREST Resto Line Red Cutting Board 600x400x20 mm 470164 is a professional kitchen board from the FoREST brand for catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes, restaurants and other food-service establishments where sanitary compliance and colour-coded food separation matter.
The board is made of heat-resistant, food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a smooth surface that is easy to clean and anti-slip feet. FoREST produces Resto Line cutting boards in several colours in line with HACCP requirements; the red board is recommended for raw meat.
