The FoREST Resto Line Black Cutting Board 400x300x20 mm 470543 is a kitchen board from the FoREST brand for catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, cafes, restaurants and other food-service establishments that use a colour-coded food safety system.
Made of heat-resistant, food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it has a smooth surface and anti-slip feet. FoREST produces Resto Line cutting boards in several colours in line with HACCP requirements, allowing a full set of colour-coded boards for separate food handling in a facility's kitchen.
