The FoREST Resto Line Yellow Cutting Board 500×400×20 mm 470254 is professional catering equipment from the FoREST brand for keeping food-handling zones separate in kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as in cafes and restaurants where sanitary compliance matters.
The board is made of heat-resistant food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to delamination, warping and knife-edge dulling. Resto Line boards come in several colours to meet HACCP requirements for separating food-handling stations: yellow is designated for raw poultry.
