The Arcos 791800 butcher saw is designed for cutting meat bones and frozen carcasses in school, kindergarten and hospital foodservice kitchens where dishes regularly include bone-in meat or offal. The 430 mm blade allows large cuts to be processed in a single pass.
The blade is made of stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 56 units and a 15-degree sharpening angle, providing stable cutting performance even with regular contact with bone tissue. The black handle is made of anti-slip polypropylene, resistant to acids, chlorine and detergents used in daily sanitary cleaning of kitchen equipment.
