The ARCOS 2900 Black Butcher Cleaver 296125 is a tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for chopping meat, bones and tendons in institutional kitchens — school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens, restaurants and butchery sections. The wide, rectangular blade withstands the daily impact of cutting through large cuts of meat.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material valued for its strength and edge retention under repeated impact when chopping bone. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, so the joint never loosens or traps dirt.
Features
- Wide, sturdy rectangular blade for chopping large cuts of meat, tendons and bone.
- NITRUM® stainless steel blade for extra strength and impact resistance.
- Injected polypropylene (PP) handle — hygienic, shock-resistant, non-slip.
- Handle heat-resistant up to 120–130 °C.
- Permanent blade-to-handle joint via direct injection.
- Black handle colour for food-category colour coding under European hygiene standards.
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty.
