The ARCOS 2900 Hatchet 296225 (black) is a heavy-duty tool from the 2900 series for the meat section of institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. The 4 mm blade is built for chopping large cuts of meat, cartilage and bone.
