The ARCOS 2900 Chinese Cleaver 298525 is a wide, heavy Asian-style chopping knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, made for institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. It handles chopping and slicing meat, fish and vegetables in a single confident stroke.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The black injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
