ARCOS' history in Spain dates back to 1734, a heritage reflected in the ergonomic, non-slip handle of the 2900 Cleaver 298625, made of injected polypropylene. The tool is built for splitting large cuts of meat in the meat section of institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants.
