The ARCOS 2900 Cleaver 296123 (blue) is a tool for chopping large cuts of meat, tendons and bones in the meat section of institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. The wide, rectangular blade withstands the impact loads of daily use.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary high-strength material. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, preventing looseness and dirt build-up at the joint. The blue handle colour matches the food-category colour-coding system for hygienic control.
