The ARCOS 2900 Cleaver 296723 is a butcher's cleaver from the Spanish brand ARCOS for chopping large pieces of meat, tendons and bone in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, meat-processing rooms, cafés and restaurants. The rectangular, robust blade withstands the impact loads of chopping.
The blade is made of exclusive high-performance NITRUM® stainless steel, 4 mm thick (per the 2025 catalogue), for extra strength when cutting through bone. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
