The ARCOS 2900 Fishmonger Knife Blue 297023 is built for cutting large fish — daily work in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as fish-processing units of restaurants and catering businesses. The long, wide, triangular blade gives confident control when working through a whole fish.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material combining hardness with wear resistance. The blue injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade and meets hygiene colour-coding rules for fish-handling tools.
