The ARCOS 2900 Cleaver 296700 is a heavy-duty butcher's cleaver from the Spanish brand ARCOS, built for kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, as well as cafés, restaurants and other catering businesses. The wide, straight blade confidently breaks down large cuts of meat and chops through tendons and small bones.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The ergonomic yellow injected-polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could collect, while the colour coding helps separate knives by food type for hygiene control.
