The ARCOS 2900 Yellow Butcher Cleaver 220 mm 297200 is a heavy-duty tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for kitchens in schools, hospitals, restaurants and meat-processing rooms. The straight, extra-thick rectangular blade confidently chops through large cuts of meat, bones and tendons.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material engineered for the demands of a professional kitchen. The polypropylene handle is joined to the blade by direct injection moulding, eliminating any play at the joint.
