The ARCOS 2900 Yellow Butcher Cleaver 200 mm 298500 is a compact yet sturdy tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for canteens in schools and hospitals, cafés, restaurants and meat-processing facilities. The rectangular blade is built to chop through meat, bone and tendon with minimal effort.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The polypropylene handle is joined to the blade by direct injection, so the joint never loosens or traps dirt.
