The ARCOS Universal 282404 Cleaver is a heavy-duty tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for chopping large cuts of meat in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The rectangular, wide blade confidently handles beef, poultry or fish.
The blade is made of 3 mm thick NITRUM® stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures. The ergonomic, long-lasting polyoxymethylene (POM) handle provides a secure grip during heavy-duty work.
