The ARCOS Universal Steak Cleaver 287400 is a heavy-duty tool for portioning large cuts of meat into steaks and chops in institutional catering: butchery workrooms, school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, restaurants. Its wide, thick blade cuts confidently through meat and cartilage in a single stroke.
The blade is made of 2 mm thick NITRUM® stainless steel, giving the tool durability and resistance to the loads of chopping. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is ergonomic, resistant to heat and chemicals, and dishwasher safe.
