The ARCOS Universal Pro Cleaver 287800 is a heavy, rectangular kitchen knife for chopping chops and large cuts of meat in catering kitchens — hospitals, schools, meat-processing rooms and restaurants. The wide, stable blade delivers confident chopping power for daily use.
The 4 mm thick blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, giving it extra hardness and cutting power. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle has straight lines for a comfortable grip, and the tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets resist corrosion.
