The ARCOS Universal Pro Cleaver 287900 is a powerful chopper from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting bulky pieces of meat and chops in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, butchery areas, cafés and restaurants. The wide rectangular blade withstands the impact loads of chopping through bone and cartilage.
The blade is made of 4 mm thick NITRUM® stainless steel, delivering high performance and durability for large cuts of meat. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle — a hygienic plastic with good shock resistance — is joined to the blade with corrosion-resistant galvanised steel rivets.
