The ARCOS 2900 Red Meat Cleaver 297522 is a tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS built to cut through bone in a single stroke and slice chops and ribs in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as catering facilities. The semi-curved cutting edge lets you cut meat, bone and tendon with confidence.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, known for its high durability. The ergonomic handle, moulded from injected polypropylene, is joined to the blade by direct injection and withstands temperatures above 120 °C without loosening.
