The ARCOS Universal Fishmonger Knife 287100 is a professional tool by the Spanish brand ARCOS for fish processing: gutting, filleting and cutting large pieces at the fish station of institutional kitchens — school and kindergarten canteens, hospital catering, restaurants and cafés.
The wide, stable triangular blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel and holds up to daily heavy use. The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), which stays non-deformable even at high temperatures, while corrosion-resistant tongue-and-groove rivets keep it firmly attached to the blade.
