The ARCOS Universal Chinese Cleaver 288400 is an all-purpose chopper from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting meat into pieces and boning cutlets in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, cafés and restaurants. The wide blade delivers stability under daily heavy-duty use.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, valued for its durability and edge quality. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle offers a secure grip and resists high temperatures and chemicals, while anti-corrosion stainless steel rivets hold both parts together and ensure safety during use.
