The Lubiana Ameryka 1112 is an oval 250 mm porcelain dish from the Ameryka collection by the Polish manufacturer Lubiana, larger than the 1108 model and designed to serve appetizers for a bigger number of portions at once. A dish of this size works well for a shared table or a buffet line in a canteen with a high number of diners.
The dish is made of white porcelain with a reinforced rim that adds chip resistance under intensive daily use. It resists scratches and impacts, is dishwasher safe, microwave safe, oven safe, and stackable, which is convenient when storing a batch of identical pieces.

In school and hospital canteens, a mid-size dish like this lets staff plate an appetizer for a whole group of diners at one table, reducing the number of separate tableware pieces that need washing and carrying. A dishwasher-resistant material and the ability to stack support fast tableware rotation even on a tight meal schedule.
