The G.Benedikt Praha PRA1622 dish is a rectangular porcelain piece from the Praha line, larger than the smaller model with the same purpose. It is sized for a full portion of side dish or salad where a smaller dish in the series would not be enough.
In school and kindergarten dining halls, as well as hospital kitchens, this size is convenient for a single-serving side dish — stewed vegetables, grains or salad — served separately from the main plate. The thick porcelain wall reduces the risk of damage from daily washing and handling, and the smooth glaze cleans easily from fat and sauces. The dish is dishwasher and microwave safe.
