The Lubiana Kaszub 1208 is an oval 210 mm porcelain dish from the Kaszub collection by the Polish manufacturer Lubiana. The Ameryka collection has a model of the same 210 mm diameter, but Kaszub is a separate Lubiana product line, so a facility can choose a dish from the same series it already uses for its main tableware.
The dish is made of white porcelain with a reinforced rim that improves chip resistance under daily use in an institutional kitchen. It resists scratches and impacts, is dishwasher safe, microwave safe and oven safe.
