The Chef & Sommelier J8907 champagne flute is part of the Reveal Up range by the French brand Chef & Sommelier (Arc International group), with a capacity of 21 cl (210 ml). The bowl diameter is 70 mm, the overall height is 233 mm, and the item weighs 154 g. It is made of Cristallin fine glass.
According to the manufacturer, this flute is specifically designed for tasting sparkling wine, while also suiting other carbonated drinks. The bowl shape and glass wall thickness are engineered to optimise bubble release, and the enhanced clarity of the glass makes it easier to see and appreciate the bubbles — a dedicated bead point (point mousse) at the base of the bowl encourages bubble formation. The glass is thermally strengthened (tempered), offers high impact resistance, is lead-free, and keeps a clear crystal-like ring.
