The Araven 01173 food storage container with lid, 40 L capacity, is the largest model among the lidded containers in the range. It is used for transporting food in large batches in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other centralised catering facilities, where a significant volume of product needs to be moved at once in a closed container.
It is made of polyethylene (HDPE), a material with high impact resistance and stable behaviour across a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +90°C. The included lid isolates the product from the surrounding environment while it is transferred between the institution's production areas.
