Araven 00290 GN 1/1 Flour Sieve Container

The Araven 00290 GN 1/1 container is designed for flouring and breading food items in institutional kitchens serving schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Its versatile design also allows it to be used as a strainer, a container for marinating food, or simply as a standard gastronorm storage container.

The lid can be turned over and used as a separate gastronorm tray, which is handy for holding food during preparation before further processing. The container is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material with high impact resistance and stable performance at low temperatures, and it is three times lighter than an equivalent steel item.
