The BRILLIS HM-IB102 Ingredient Container is a large-capacity unit from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for storing bulk dry ingredients in food-service businesses. Suitable for bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias, production kitchens and other HoReCa facilities that keep large reserves of flour, sugar and other bulk ingredients.
The container holds 102 L and is designed to store up to 103 kg of sugar or up to 68 kg of flour. The white body is made of durable plastic, and the clear sliding lid lets staff check the remaining product without opening the container. Four wheels, two of them fitted with a brake, allow easy movement and secure locking in place.
