The BRILLIS HM-IB24 ingredient container, 24 L, is built for storing larger volumes of dry goods in a professional kitchen. It is used in restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops and pizzerias, as well as in school and kindergarten kitchens, where convenient, hygienic storage of flour, grains or sugar matters.
The body is made of durable white food-grade plastic — lightweight, long-lasting and easy to clean. A transparent flip lid lets you check the remaining product without opening the container, and the included scoop makes dosing easier. The 24 L capacity holds up to 30 kg of sugar or up to 10 kg of flour.
