The BRILLIS HM-IB47 ingredient container, 47 L, is built for storing large reserves of dry goods in a professional kitchen. It is used in restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pastry workshops, pizzerias and other busy food-service venues where hygienic storage of large volumes of flour or sugar is essential.
The body is made of durable white plastic that withstands daily loads and is easy to clean. A transparent flip lid lets you check the fill level without opening the container, and the included scoop makes dosing ingredients convenient. The 47 L capacity holds up to 60 kg of sugar or up to 20 kg of flour.
