The BRILLIS HM-IB81 Ingredient Container is designed for storing large stocks of flour, sugar and other bulk ingredients in food-service kitchens. Its generous capacity helps organise the workspace and keep frequently used ingredients within easy reach — a practical solution for school and kindergarten kitchens that prepare meals in large volumes every day.
The body is made of durable white plastic that withstands intensive daily use. A transparent pull-out lid lets staff check the product level at a glance and provides convenient access to the contents. The container comes with a food-grade scoop. It is fitted with four castors, two of which have brakes, making it easy to move around the kitchen and lock securely in place.
