The FoREST 580013 dough box is a taller version of the dough storage and proofing container, designed for school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that bake bread or flour-based products in-house. The extra height lets more dough be loaded within the same footprint compared with the lower boxes in the range.
The box is made of polyethylene — a food-grade plastic resistant to dough, fats and moisture that keeps its shape during storage and cleans easily after use. It is manufactured in Italy. At 60×40×13 cm, the box matches the standard length and width of the FoREST container range, so boxes of different heights can be stacked together on the same shelf.
