The Araven 01179 drain tray, 370×215 mm, is the most compact model in the Araven tray range, designed for use with smaller food storage containers in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions. It is used when thawing smaller batches of product, where a larger tray is not needed.
It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to impacts and with stable properties at low temperatures. Placed at the bottom of a container, the tray keeps the product above the liquid released during thawing, preventing them from coming back into contact.
