The Araven 01182 drain tray, 375×300 mm, is a mid-size model in the Araven tray range, suitable for medium-capacity containers in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other centralised catering facilities. The tray is placed at the bottom of a food storage container while the product is thawing.
It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material resistant to impacts with stable properties at low temperatures. The tray's design raises the product above the level of the liquid released during thawing, keeping it from coming back into contact with the product.
