The Cambro ITENEPP23 Tablotherm tray system is used to transport single-serve hot and cold meals in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, including meal delivery to patients on hospital wards. The design keeps hot and cold food separated on one tray and holds a safe food temperature for up to one hour after assembly.
The set includes a two-compartment plate and two 500 mL bowls with reusable covers that seal each compartment individually. It is made of lightweight, BPA-free expanded polypropylene — a durable material that resists breakage and suits daily use. Individual trays stack for compact transport and storage, and the dishware can be run through a commercial dishwasher for sanitizing.
