The Compack X110E (Italy) hood-type dishwasher is designed for washing large volumes of tableware in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where dishes are loaded rack by rack and a fast result is required.
Output reaches 1080 plates per hour (or 720 / 540, depending on the selected cycle), and the standard rack measures 500×500 mm. Three-jet wash arms with an 18 mm diameter, along with the tank and pump filter, are made of stainless steel, extending the service life of these parts. The chamber fits items up to 41.5 cm high for plates and 39 cm for glasses and pots.
