Compack X150E Hood-Type Dishwasher

The Compack X150E (Italy) hood-type dishwasher is the highest-output model in the range, built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens with a large daily flow of tableware.

Its digital LED display shows the water temperature in the wash tank and boiler, counts down the cycle time and signals cycle completion with a flashing backlight. The unit offers 4 programmable cycles (1 / 1.5 / 2 / 4 min), overall and daily cycle counters, and the ability to set the detergent and rinse-aid dosing as well as water temperature separately for each cycle. Output reaches 1320 plates per hour, and the stainless-steel wash arms have a 30 mm diameter. The machine saves energy by automatically lowering the temperature after 30 minutes on standby and runs self-diagnostics, showing faults on the display.
