The Apach AC800DIG DD dishwasher is professional equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, built for washing large volumes of dishware in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions that prepare and serve substantial numbers of meals every day. Reliable dishwashing equipment directly affects the continuity of meal service for students, children or patients, which is why such facilities need machines designed for intensive daily use.
The unit runs on a three-phase 380V supply, and the 8.6kW heating elements deliver stable water heating for both the wash and rinse cycles even under heavy load. The electronic control panel allows precise setting and monitoring of wash cycle parameters, simplifying operation for kitchen staff and reducing the risk of errors during daily use. The metal housing, weighing 90 kg, and the 724×818×1529 mm footprint are designed for permanent installation in the kitchen's dishwashing area.
