The Krupps EL70E dishwasher from the ELITECH range is built for bulky loads and suits institutional kitchens with a wide mix of dishware — from gastronorm containers to large trays. A 720 mm wide body gives more loading room than base models, which is convenient for school catering combines and hospital kitchens with several serving lines.
The unit takes a 500×600 mm basket and washes up to 60 racks per hour, handling plates, glasses, cutlery and GN 1/1 gastronorm containers. The Acquatech rinse system, with a break tank, atmospheric boiler and rinse pump, keeps water pressure, flow and temperature constant. The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
